Gritakes (gritakes.com.ng) was founded on a single conviction: that Nigeria's most powerful untapped resource is the entrepreneurial spirit of its people. We exist to ignite, equip, and sustain that spirit.
We work across communities — from Lagos to Maiduguri — identifying driven individuals and giving them the tools, networks, and support they need to transform ideas into sustainable enterprises. Since inception, we have partnered with government agencies, private sector leaders, and international donors to deliver real impact at grassroots level.
What We Do
An intensive 8-week residential programme that equips aspiring entrepreneurs with business fundamentals, market validation, and seed-readiness.
Practical vocational and digital-skills training designed for youth in underserved communities, bridging the gap between talent and opportunity.
We connect vetted entrepreneurs with micro-grants, angel investors, and cooperative lending circles to unlock the capital they need to grow.
A curated community of 300+ seasoned business leaders who volunteer as mentors, providing guidance, accountability, and industry connections.
Dedicated support for female entrepreneurs through leadership coaching, access to markets, and safe peer-learning circles.
A national volunteer programme placing skilled youth ambassadors in secondary schools and polytechnics to spark entrepreneurial thinking early.
